Unisex Shawl Collar Hoodie LM-67-JJ-06 Double XL Navy a total joke! barely a large NOT even close to a fit:(:(:( how do I return?

I usually wear an XL Mens, so with this being unisex size I would have gone XXL as it is tight and shorter than I usually wear….it will work for sitting on the beach or lakeside, but not for the original use of hiking!
